MRMAssayDB, a knowledgebase for available targeted proteomic assays in the proteomics community.

MRMAssayDB lists  

validated assays corresponding to 
stripped peptides that can be used to quantify 
proteins from 
organisms.

The information on the assays is based on   

assay entries from  
stripped peptides available in the targeted proteomics community repositories; CPTAC, PASSEL, PanoramaWeb, PeptideTracker, and SRMAtlas. MRMAssayDB also annotates all assay entries with information from UniProtKB, PDB, Pathway Commons, KEGG, STRING, QuickGO, DisGeNET, DrugBank
